TEAM REGISTRATION PROCESS:
Coaches must first register their team by clicking on the “Register” button and then selecting Team Registration. They then can complete the online registration process for the team. Once your team has been registered, the next step would be to direct your players to the website to complete the player registration. They will click on the “Register” button, select “Player Registration”, then select their specific team name or school from the drop down menu, and then complete the online registration process. As players register online, coaches will be emailed a registration summary (from the previous days registrations).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
NO WALKUP REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED
All Medical Waivers, concussion and health forms will be completed and signed electronically.
Players will be separated into teams desired by the school’s head coach.
CAMP FORMAT: Each team will receive FOUR 50 minute games against other high school teams. All games will be coached by Grand View coaches, or other college level coaches helping with camp. Schedules will be created by Grand View coaches. The goal as a staff is to place teams against each other that are at comparable playing levels, and to play schools from different geographical locations you may not see during your high school schedule.
There will be several collegiate players at the camp. They will be assisting and officiating the games and also helping in evaluation of players. Near the end of camp, coaches will get together and select an ALL STAR team who will compete against the Grand View players that are working the camp.
GOALKEEPERS: There will be two goalkeeper specific training sessions offered during the camp training days. Keepers are welcome to attend one or both sessions.
INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATIONS: Singles wishing to participate and/or attend a school that is not signed up to take part in camp WILL be allowed and will be placed with our house team, known as Team Viking.
TRAINING STAFF: There will be an athletic trainer at ALL scheduled training sessions and games.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: If a player is forced to pull out of the camp for medical reasons, a FULL refund (minus a 6% processing fee) will be granted to the player if notification is given by Wednesday, March 2nd with medical proof from a Physician. If players do not withdraw before Friday, March 4th, a $30 processing fee will be withheld from the refund. If the camp is cancelled due to inclement weather, the closest alternative date to the original camp date will be arranged and the camp will resume as planned on the new date.
